DropBox: A Tool for Collaboration

Have you ever used DropBox before? Maybe you’ve heard of it, but weren’t sure how to utilize it… until now! =)

DropBox was built for creative collaboration that allows teams and individuals to work on projects simultaneously, with the help of shared files and folders.  DropBox reduces the busywork of finding the correct file versions, by housing all files together in a shared folder which is accessible to invited team members.

DropBox was also created with portability in mind.  Each team member can work on a file from a work computer, while also gaining access to the files on a mobile device or tablet.  Gone are the days of carrying a USB everywhere – with DropBox, files can be accessed from any computer, any device, anywhere in the world.  Talk about an advancement in technology!

A great tool for maximizing efficiency and productivity across the entire team, DropBox allows for an easy transition for new team members to work on files that were previously handled by former team members.  Company admins can monitor activity over time and rest assured that all files are kept in one single place.
